Suppose a contract begins on 1 January 2021 and runs for 12 months. As above, begin by setting the Start Date and then clicking “Contract Term”. Set the term to 12 months as follows:

If there is a notice period, you can set the number of days, months or year in advance of which notification is required:

You then click “Add Term” and then Save. When you click “Contract Term” again, you should see the following:

Auto-Renewing Contracts (Single-Term)

Suppose in the example above, the contract auto-renewed for successive 12 month periods. You would go through the same initial steps, and then click the “Auto Renew” switch:

When you add the term and save, the contract term should then look like the following:
