General Reminder Settings

General Reminder Settings are used when you wish to create reminders for all contracts which have a contract term set:

You are able to configure reminders for a set number of days in advance of:

  • Each renewal or expiry date

  • Each notice deadline

You can also disable these reminders by toggling the "Enabled" switch.

Reminders for Dates in Documents

This card shows reminders that have been set for individual documents. In this card you can:

  • Click on the link to view the file

  • Set a note for the reminder

  • Delete the reminder
